Super Eagles duo of Wilfred Ndidi and Paul Onuachu who is currently top scorer in the whole of Europe stood out on our list of top five Nigerian players from the weekend.<\/p>\n

There were spaces for three other players who made the country proud in the respective clubs across Europe.<\/p>\n

Some of the players on this list delighted football betting <\/a>fans over the weekend, hence, the reason for their inclusion.<\/p>\n

5. Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City, England)<\/p>\n

The combative midfielder is the only player on this list who didn’t score a goal. Wilfred Ndidi played in his first Premier League game since his injury back in September.<\/p>\n

David Okereke also came on for another Nigerian player in Dennis Emmanuel to score the only and winning goal for Club Brugge against Truiden.<\/p>\n

The goal was just David Okereke’s second league goal of the season for Club Brugge.<\/p>\n

In fact, David Okereke who is high in confidence is backing his side to secure a win in Rome against Lazio in their last Champions League group game.<\/p>\n

Fresh from his top display against Manchester City in the midweek Champions League game, Sanusi scored a beauty as Porto battled to a 4-3 win at the Drag\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
